A class aimed at improving muscular strength along with ligament and tendon strength in a variety of movements and positions. This in turn making everyday tasks that much easier, making a stronger, healthier and more confident you! The function strength training movements that will be such as: squats, deadlift, Pressing variations, static holds/positions, gymnastics, and accessory Lifts.
CROSSFIT CLASS
Constantly varied functional activity, performed at an intensity suitable to each individual. Classes involve a range of training methodologies; Strength training, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance training, Kettle bell/ Dumbell training, Flexibility/ Mobility work and Metabolic Conditioning. Every class/workout is 100% scalable for any ability or fitness level.
