CLASSES

ERG FIT

A challenging class using a variety of workouts on the rowing machine, Ski Erg, assault bike and body weight. Every class/workout is 100% scalable for any ability or fitness level. 

CARDIO CLUB

Longer duration workouts, targeting the aerobic energy system. Expect to work at a lower intensity and a more sustainable pace. Workouts will include; Running, rowing, bike, ski erg, bodyweight, light strength work, gymnastics, skipping and intervals in various lengths. Every class/workout is 100% scalable for any ability or fitness level.

STRENGTH CLUB

A class aimed at improving muscular strength along with ligament and tendon strength in a variety of movements and positions. This in turn making everyday tasks that much easier, making a stronger, healthier and more confident you! The function strength training movements that will be such as: squats, deadlift, Pressing variations, static holds/positions, gymnastics, and accessory Lifts. 

CROSSFIT CLASS

Constantly varied functional activity, performed at an intensity suitable to each individual. Classes involve a range of training methodologies; Strength training, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance training, Kettle bell/ Dumbell training, Flexibility/ Mobility work and Metabolic Conditioning. Every class/workout is 100% scalable for any ability or fitness level. 

TEAM CROSSFIT

Working as part of a team, constantly varied functional activity, performed at an intensity suitable to each individual. Classes involve a range of training methodologies; Strength training, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance training, Kettle bell/ Dumbell training, Flexibility/ Mobility work and Metabolic Conditioning. Every class/workout is 100% scalable for any ability or fitness level. 

OZBOX BASICS 

Functional movement class, aimed at 'keeping things simple' whilst getting a good workout.

OPEN GYM

Open gym is an area of our gym where you can come in and do your own workouts without taking part in a class. We have a separate area for open gym at OzBox.
